Metatecno manufactures electrolyzer cells and supplies replacement sealing parts for maintenance and membrane-gap retrofit projects applicable to BlueStar cells, Asahi Kasei-type cells, Chlorine Engineers-type cells, DD350 cells, UHDE-type cells and INEOS-type cells. Final material, groove profile and dimensions are confirmed against drawings and process media before production.
EPDM is commonly selected for chlor-alkali sealing service. FKM, NBR and custom compounds can be evaluated when the medium, temperature or maintenance interval requires a different balance of chemical resistance, elasticity and compression set.
Clean both sealing faces, confirm alignment, avoid twisting the gasket, tighten bolts in a cross sequence, recheck torque after initial compression and keep the drawing revision with the maintenance record.
Typical inspection includes visual inspection, critical dimensions, hardness, tensile performance, elongation, compression set and batch traceability. Inspection items are finalized according to the order drawing and quality agreement.
Products are packed in PE bags, cartons or export wooden cases according to size. Export documentation and packaging marks can be prepared for international chlor-alkali maintenance projects.
