Metatecno manufactures rubber sealing products, electrolyzer cells for ion-membrane electrolyzers, and PTFE hose assemblies. Its process capability covers technical repair, coating and membrane-gap retrofit for multiple ion-membrane electrolyzer models, palladium plating on frames, conversion to titanium-palladium alloy, metal-anode electrolyzer cell manufacturing, and chlorate electrolyzer manufacturing and repair.

Metatecno uses documented quality procedures for incoming material checks, process control, dimensional inspection and shipment records. Metal-anode and electrolyzer equipment quality is subject to industry supervision and inspection where applicable. Our independently developed solutions help chlor-alkali producers repair existing electrolysis units and convert them into high-current-density membrane-gap ion-membrane electrolyzers.

To date, the company has helped multiple chlor-alkali enterprises upgrade membrane-gap ion-membrane electrolyzer capacity exceeding 12 million tons per year.
