Information required for a useful technical review
A model or brand name can identify a possible equipment family, but it is not a complete manufacturing specification. A review normally needs the following order-specific information.
- Drawing, measured sketch or sample photos
- Sealing position and equipment platform or model
- Critical dimensions, cross-section, hole layout and tolerance notes
- Existing material or required material
- Medium, temperature, pressure and operating conditions
- Quantity, trial requirement and delivery expectation
- Failure description when replacing a damaged or short-life seal

The technology page currently identifies a rotorless rheometer, inspection microscope, rubber tensile tester and Mooney viscometer. These references describe published workshop capability; the applicable test method, sample, acceptance limit and report must still be agreed for each order.
